I am going to go downtown today and tomorrow to visit some of the museums that El Paso has to offer. When I was little, we would take field trips to the Witte Museum and Children’s Art Museum in San Antonio. I always had a great time and think that these destinations are great places for individuals, families, and schools. I look forward to sharing with you my experience tomorrow.

I think a lot of people forget about their museums. After 6th grade, I don’t think I visited the museums in San Antonio for years. I wish I would have, because there is so much to learn. The biggest obstacle for museums is to keep the exhibits fresh so that they can keep getting people to come back and visit. I think that is one of the most difficult obstacles.
