STOMP kept my feet tapping and my eyes moving

The lights went down, the crowd grew quiet, and a gentleman began sweeping…rythmically.  That was the start to a fun filled show in which everything from brooms and lighters to kitchen sinks and trash cans got banged/tapped.  The show kept the momentum going for most of the 90 minutes and really finished off strong.  With humor and crowd participation, the performers kept me wanting more.

STOMP performs again tonight at the Plaza Theatre in downtown El Paso @ 7:30 p.m.

  1. Love it. I’ve only seen the HBO (Showtime?) recorded version, but it’s clear why that show had such a sweeping effect on the nation. Awesome!

Hey, Dave: how do I embed a link in my post so that it’s active?
