So this video is a little dated…ok…like 3 years or so. Transportation visions are very fluid and tend to grow and shrink 
along with state budgets. However, a quick drive around town and you will see A LOT of highway construction. Off the top of my head, these are a few of the projects currently being built.
- I-1o/Transmountain
- US-54/Transmountain
- Border Highway
- Americas/I-10 Interchange
- Montwood-Zaragoza/375 Ramps
- Random Bridge over 375/Ft. Bliss
For those who haven’t been to Las Cruces, I-10 has been expanded to three lanes both directions- that has eased traffic congestion and they are working on ramps there as well.
Our two cities are growing and this wonderful for our region. With a great transportation plan, development will follow.
It’s been a while since I posted and I blame it on me. I’m still exploring El Paso and have a lot of places to share and thoughts to dwell on.
