Cimarron is a new master planned community being developed by Hunt Corporation in the foothills of the Franklin Mountains off of Resler. Currently, there has been residential construction going on for the last few years. Plans are in place for Canutillo ISD to build a pk-8 school and also for there to be numerous commercial development as well.
Currently, there is some new land clearing going on off of Northern Pass and from what I’ve heard, there could be plans for a fire station to be put there at some point down the line. Right now, it is just grading but I thought I would let those who are interested know about the new development.
